Adding a little warmth to vegetable kebabs can be tricky - if the sauce is too robust, it kills the flavour of the vegetables; if the sauce is too 'shallow' (i.e. no depth of flavour), all it achieves is 'burn-and-run' - not ideal.
Garlic Hot Drops is very well made. The test of this is to taste a bit of the sauce by itself - does it 'hit and run'? Does it say: "I can do great things for your favourite eats..."?
Garlic Hot drops is very much in the 'do great things' camp.

There is always that moment when you look in the veg drawer and there's a couple of potatoes, a few slices of butternut, a couple of carrots or beets, some garlic and a few red onions...
Scrub the veg really well (or peel as needed), cut the onions into petals, the head of garlic in half (horizontally). Dredge the whole lot with oil, season (we love either Spiced Bliss, Island Spice or White & Green pepper) and grill until cooked.
Serve with some Garlic Hot Drops on the side. Pure perfection!
